After receiving an email from a woman who suffers from camera fright, I want to dedicate this episode to everyone who finds it super hard to be seen on video and pictures.
It is far from unusual to feel nervous in front of the camera and even experienced presenters, for example, feel butterflies in their stomachs before a live broadcast begins.
Nervousness is one thing that can make us focus a little extra. So it’s not just out of evil. .
In this section you will also find a visualization exercise that I learned years ago that can help you a lot.
But it’s also important to remember that confidence builds over time! It’s not a quick fix…
But with the right tools and a lot of practice, you can excel in front of the camera and reach out to your customers via social media.
